Voicemail you get through, and charts of your busy hours

A voicemail inbox that plays your new messages in order, and dashboard charts of when your calls come. In testing.

Two parts of Kahevo that people open every day have been rebuilt: the Voicemail page, and the charts on the dashboard.

Voicemail, in order

The Voicemail page now opens with what is waiting: how many new messages, and who they are from. One press plays every new message, oldest first, one after another. Each message shows its waveform, so you can skip to the part that matters, and plays at up to twice the speed. Call back, mark as heard and delete are within reach on every message.

When a message is left, or heard on a desk phone, the page and its count update by themselves.

When your phones are busy

The dashboard has a new set of panels for managers and owners: when calls come in. Today against a usual day, the busiest hours, a heat map of the week, a forecast for the next seven days, the share of calls answered against a goal, and twelve months side by side.

A staffing guide works out how many people should be answering each hour of the week, from your own calls. It is a guide, not a schedule: it does not know about lunch breaks.

Every chart can also be read as a table.

The honest part

Both are in testing. If something on either page slows you down, tell us and we will change it.

Tell us what you run today and how many phones, and we will tell you honestly. Mahalo for reading.
