Hear your hold music the way callers will, on a phone line or in HD, and build playlists by dragging. In testing.
What callers hear while they wait says something about your business. Until now, choosing it meant uploading a file and hoping it sounded right on the phone. The audio library has been rebuilt so you can hear it first.
Listen before your callers do
Every sound now plays in a player built into the page. Switch between how it sounds on an ordinary phone line and how it sounds in HD, the way callers on newer phones and the mobile app hear it. A recording that sounds fine on your laptop speakers can sound thin on a phone line; now you find out before a customer does.
Everything in one place
| Before | Now |
|---|---|
| Upload at the bottom of a long list | Drop files anywhere on the page, several at once |
| One sound deleted at a time | Tick several and tag, untag or delete them together |
| Playlists on a page of their own | Sounds and playlists side by side |
| A list of names | Each sound with its waveform, length and what uses it |
Playlists you can hear
Build a hold music playlist by dragging sounds into order, shuffled or not. Play the whole playlist through, track after track, before you make it what callers hear, then switch it on with one press.
The honest part
The new library, its player and the playlist editor are in testing. If something about them gets in your way, tell us and we will change it.
