A day on Kahevo.
A phone system should give your people time back, not hand them one more thing to check. Here is how it fits into an ordinary day at an ordinary Hawaiʻi business.
-
Before you open
Early callers hear a friendly menu with your hours, reach the right department, or leave a message.
-
The morning rush
A call to the front desk rings the whole team, and the lights on every desk phone show who is already busy.
-
A customer texts you
They text the number they always call. Your team shares the conversation and answers from the browser.
-
Lunch, away from the desk
Your calls follow you to the app. Call a customer back and they see your business number, not your cell.
-
A signed form comes back
The fax arrives as a PDF for everyone on that line. No fax machine, no paper jam.
-
Closing time
The phones switch to your closed message on their own. Holidays too, every year, without anyone remembering.
-
A message after hours
A customer leaves a voicemail. Before dinner is over you get an email with what they said written out, and the recording if you want it.
-
Nothing slips through
Everyone signs in to their own calls to return and messages waiting, and starts there.
Made for how business works here.
From a two-person office in Hilo to a hotel front desk in Waikīkī, the same system grows with you.
Offices and clinics
A menu that sends each caller to the right person, calls recorded where you need them, and messages that reach the right inbox.
Shops and restaurants
See at a glance whether you are open, how many callers you answered today, and who still needs a call back.
Hotels and rentals
A board of every room: who is on a call, who does not want to be disturbed, and who has a message waiting.
Teams on more than one island
A second location joins the same phone system with one small box. A colleague on Maui is just an extension away.
Pages anyone in the office can read.
Each page says what something is and whether it is working, in plain words. If you can order a plate lunch, you can change your business hours.
Take the tour
Your office phone, in your pocket.
A call for your desk rings your iPhone on its own call screen, even with the app closed, and you choose whether it rings at once or only when the desk goes unanswered.
Your phone keys, recent calls, contacts, voicemail, messages and faxes come with it, and a call can be answered right from the lock screen.
Switching is our job, not yours.
You do not need to know what PBX stands for. We do the work and stay a phone call away.

-
Phones on desks, numbers moved
We set up the desk phones before they reach you and move your numbers over. Your customers notice nothing.
-
We stay a call away

We deployed phone systems for years. Kahevo is what we learned.
We are an IT company in Hawaiʻi. We have installed and looked after many phone systems for businesses here, and every one fell short somewhere: prices that kept climbing, support tickets that sat for weeks, contracts with no way out, features that never kept up with how people work.
So we built one that keeps what each did well and fixes where each fell short. We named it for what it does: kāhea, Hawaiian for to call, plus voice. It is in use at many businesses today.

We built Kahevo as an IT company, and we want to share it with yours. It is free for MSPs and IT companies to offer: no license key, no seat count, and the margin is yours.
Let's talk story about your phones.
Tell us what you have today and how many phones, and we will tell you honestly whether Kahevo fits and what it would cost. No sales pitch, no pressure, no shoes required.
