A caller waiting in a queue is now answered by an agent on any node. Signing in and out of queues holds everywhere.
In our last post we said a queue could not yet offer an agent registered to another server. Now it can.
What it means
A caller waits in one line however many servers there are, and is answered by whichever agent is free, wherever that agent's phone is registered. Signing in and out of the queues holds on every server, and the reports count each call once.
The honest part
This is in testing and has not yet run between two real machines. Taking over from a failed server is still to come.
